Tips & Best Practices

Replace Microfiber Roller (MFR) every time you change the printhead.
Run Normal cleaning cycle first for streaks, then Extended or Extreme.
Increase Mid Job Maintenance and Keep Wet Spitting in dry air, dusty environments, or high-coverage jobs.
Keep printer in 15–30°C.

Care to Make It Last

For long shutdown (>2 weeks): de-prime, remove PH, clean nozzles/connectors with lint-free cloth + DI water, apply Kapton tape to pads, place in orange cap with moist (not wet) lint-free cloth in sealed Zip-Lock bag, store 15–30°C.
Before reinstall: remove tape, acclimate, wipe face, inspect/replace MFR.
Manual clean (only as a last resort and must be done carefully): power off properly, wipe nozzle plate with DI water lint-free cloth or submerge nozzles 3 mm in DI water if severe.
