Pacific Barcode may periodically offer label credit when select Color Inkjet Label Printers are purchased online.
This label credit may only be applied toward the purchase of stock inkjet labels from the Pacific Barcode website and is not for custom label sizes. There is no cash value and the label credit must be used within 12 months of purchase.
All products are NOT returnable once the package has been opened. You must read and accept these terms and conditions before purchasing. Products are fully covered under the manufacturer’s warranty should there be an issue with the product.
Unopened products are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the purchase date. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping plus a 15% restocking fee. Products must be returned using the same method of shipping as used from Pacific Barcode. Any damage to the printer in shipping will be deducted from the refund.

How to Avoid Returns
We highly recommend ordering free printed samples from the printers that you are considering purchasing. This will allow you to see the resolution and image quality before purchasing.
Receipt of Order
Examine your packages for possible shipping damage before opening the factory-sealed packaging. You must report any shipping damage to the carrier upon receipt and you may refuse the shipment if the package appears damaged. Once the factory seal is broken, the product is no longer eligible for return. The product is covered by the product’s respective manufacturer warranty. Any manufacturer defects that are discovered after opening the factory-sealed packaging must be addressed directly with the manufacturer of the product.
Defective Merchandise (DOA-Out of Box Failure)
Notify us within 15 days for all DOA and/or out-of-box damaged goods to start the RMA process. We will let you know whether you need to send the item back to Pacific Barcode or the manufacturer directly.
Should you refuse a delivery where the package is not damaged, you will be refunded minus the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost plus restocking charges. A refund will not be issued until after the refused package is returned and inspected.
Extended Manufacturer Warranties
These extended warranties are available from Pacific Barcode and registered with the manufacturer at the time of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the extended warranty purchased was registered with the manufacturer within 15 days of the purchase date.
